Come Eat at Comal!
Locally Owned & Operated in Fort Thomas, KY
We are delighted to share our love of food with our community. The vessel used to present our fusion of ingredients is the tortilla, it is the plate, the spoon, and the napkin. Our hope is that our guests walk away with a smile on their face and a longing for more.
We refuse to compromise on quality in for our guest. No matter what time of year, you can be sure you're eating the best of the season.
The word COMAL originates from the Nahuatl Comalli. It's a basic utensil from Mexico and Central America that has been used since pre-Hispanic times. Originally it was made of clay and placed on stones while embers of fire would be used to heat the surface. The Comal is considered an important vessel in Mexican gastronomy for its essential use in cooking tortillas and roasting peppers.
Comal's are now made of different metals and continue to be utilized in kitchens worldwide due to their versatility and ease.
We can customize Party Platters and can accommodate up to 50 people in our dining room. Please call or email us for information.
