We are delighted to share our love of food with our community. The vessel used to present our fusion of ingredients is the tortilla, it is the plate, the spoon, and the napkin. Our hope is that our guests walk away with a smile on their face and a longing for more.

The word COMAL originates from the Nahuatl Comalli. It's a basic utensil from Mexico and Central America that has been used since pre-Hispanic times. Originally it was made of clay and placed on stones while embers of fire would be used to heat the surface. The Comal is considered an important vessel in Mexican gastronomy for its essential use in cooking tortillas and roasting peppers.
Comal's are now made of different metals and continue to be utilized in kitchens worldwide due to their versatility and ease.
